Role DescriptionThe Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Lubbock, TX. This position is responsible for generating new business, managing existing client accounts, and developing customized advertising and media solutions that align with client goals. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and cold outreach, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating rates and packages, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely campaign execution.
The Account Executive will monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and maintain ongoing communication to support client satisfaction and retention. This role also involves staying informed about market trends, audience insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Demonstrated ability in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in media, advertising, or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, including managing multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities.
- Comfort with data analysis, using metrics and reports to explain campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Proficiency with standard office software and CRM tools; familiarity with media planning or traffic systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
- Knowledge of the Lubbock, TX market and local business landscape is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
