The Account Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lubbock, TX. This position is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of industrial clients by understanding their automation and SCADA needs, presenting solutions, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day activities include prospecting new accounts, conducting discovery calls and site visits, preparing proposals and quotes, and delivering product and service presentations.
The role also involves maintaining regular communication with existing customers, coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery, and tracking sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools. The Account Sales Representative collaborates with internal stakeholders to refine offerings, participate in industry events, and support long-term customer relationships.
- Demonstrated sales experience in Oil and Gas markets, preferably within automation, SCADA, or related technical fields.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, including skills in negotiation, account management, and customer service.
- Comfort working with technical concepts and solutions, with the ability to translate customer requirements into clear value propositions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and professional follow-through.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines on-site.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and regionally to customer sites as needed.
