Security Officer Flex Patrol Rover

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests and team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation efforts and coordinating with on-site leadership and emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances and exits, stock areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.;
Monitor access points and observe customer traffic for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and loss prevention concerns, then report findings per post orders.;
Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation, and communicate relevant updates to supervisors and/or the client per site procedures.
