Job Schedule:

Day  Time      Mon  01:00 PM - 12:30 AM    Wed  01:00 PM - 06:00 PM
What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation and communication with local law enforcement when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or potential theft activity, and document observations according to site expectations.
Support access control and security-related reporting by checking credentials when required, maintaining visible presence throughout the location, and completing detailed incident reports before the end of each shift.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience, or 5 or more years of armed security-related experience.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
