Dispatcher - Security

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, operates a base radio station by dispatching Security and Parking personnel to emergency situations and/or requests for assistance and by monitoring all radio traffic for designated frequencies. Responsible for providing the highest degree of security through the use of electronic surveillance equipment, voice activated intercom systems and multiple intrusion, panic and picture alarms.

• Onsite position; must report onsite daily as scheduled.
• Must be located within commutable distance of the office (Lubbock, Texas).
• Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Requires full‑time work status.
• Shift: Night, 8 hours, Tuesday to Saturday from 10pm to 6:30am.

• 1 year experience in a customer service‑related environment.
• Driving may be necessary as part of this role; must provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.

• 30 hours or more of higher education coursework.
• Documented customer service training.
• 1 year dispatch experience, preferably with Security, Law Enforcement or Military Police.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
