Job TitleMechanic / Technician
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a fleet that includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty equipment such as generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas units.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in a timely manner to minimize equipment downtime.
- Use advanced hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues.
- Adjust to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with diesel equipment, heavy equipment, or specialty lines (generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas).
- Ability to provide mechanic’s tools of the trade.
- Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and electrical systems.
- Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location.
Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more. Work may be performed indoors and outdoors as required.

SalaryBase pay range: $20.31 - $27.92 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on location, education, training, and experience.
