Job Overview

As a key member of our facilities team, you'll be hands‑on with the operation, inspection, repair, and preventative maintenance of plant and building equipment that keeps everything humming along. From routine inspections and smart troubleshooting to tackling repairs before small issues become big problems, you'll play an essential behind‑the‑scenes role in maintaining a safe, reliable, and efficient environment every day.
Location& Shift
- Multiple openings available for a Facilities Technician.
- Shift: Full‑Time, Day.
- On‑site position; daily attendance required.
- Must reside within commutable distance of Texas, Lubbock.
Pay Range: $20.43 - $31.27 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
Required Qualifications- Coursework/Training:
On the job training and/or trade school education. - 2 or more years of experience in semi‑skilled maintenance and repair services for the facility (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems).
- 6 or more months of experience as a mechanic.
- 6 or more months of experience as a carpenter.
- Associate's Degree in a Technical Trade.
- 2 or more years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- 6 or more months of experience as an electrician.
- 6 or more months of experience as a plumber.
- Experienced painter.
