Data Cabling Technicians

Ready to take your outside plant skills to the next level? We’re looking for OSP Technicians who take pride in their craft and want to be part of a team building the backbone of tomorrow’s connectivity.

If you have experience in fiber installation, splicing, or structured cabling — and love seeing your work make an impact — we’d love to have you on our team in Denton and across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

• Install, splice, and test fiber optic and copper cabling for OSP projects
• Work on both underground and aerial infrastructure builds
• Support in‑building and data infrastructure connections
• Maintain a high standard of safety, quality, and teamwork on every job

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in OSP or telecom construction required
• Experience working in confined spaces and large‑scale environments
• OSHA 10 certification required
• Ability to travel between project sites across the DFW Metroplex
• A strong work ethic and commitment to reliability — including availability for up to 60 hours a week

• Monday – Saturday
• 6 AM – 6 PM

• $23-$30/Hourly

• Dallas/Fort Worth/Denton
