Professional Flooring Installer

Overview

Raider Flooring Kitchen & Bath is seeking experienced, professional flooring installers to join our growing team. As an established locally owned company serving West Texas, we are looking for dependable crews that take pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

• 5+ years of flooring installation experience
• Must have your own truck and reliable transportation
• Must have professional installation tools
• Active General Liability Insurance required
• Valid driver’s license
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Ability to maintain schedules and meet deadlines
• Experience installing one or more of the following:
  Carpet, Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP), Laminates, Hardwood, Tile, Showers
• Back splashes (preferred)

• Lead installers and helpers must provide personal information required for background screening.
• All crew members must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Crew members must be able to pass project-specific background checks when required by the customer or project owner.
• Valid identification and employment eligibility documentation may be required before assignment to certain projects.
• No contractors looking to subcontract, broker, or reassign work will be accepted.
• The crew approved by Raider Flooring must be the crew performing the installation.
• No uninsured installers.
• No crews without proper tools, equipment, or transportation.
• No installers who cut corners or fail to communicate.

Because Raider Flooring performs work for federal, state, municipal, educational, and other government-related projects, all approved installation crews must comply with the following:
