Maintain the physical condition of the property according to The Scion Groups Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA and Industry standards.;
Perform physically demanding maintenance and repairs to minimize liability and keep assets functional.;
Document work performed and parts used; submit daily with notes, supplies used, follow-up and signatures.;
Promote positive public relations with residents, service staff, contractors, and management.;
Complete preventive maintenance tasks and basic repairs (appliance, carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical) to prepare apartments for turnover.
