Hours:

10 per week | Minimum Age: 55

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general use of farming equipment.
• Or HS/GED degree with general knowledge and experience with farming equipment, including driving tractors.

• Assist and advise others on land preparation for planting through harvest (50%).
• Assist others with sorting field and laboratory equipment that needs to be repaired, stored, or recycled. This equipment includes sensors to measure wind erosion, meteorological variables, and soil physical and chemical properties, as well as tractors, trailers, planters, tillage and harvest equipment (30%).
• Assist and advise on general maintenance of field to control weeds and blowing sand (20%).
