Maintenance Technician

Envolve Community Management, LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

Currently, Envolve is searching for a Maintenance Technician to work at Hillcrest Manor Senior Apartment Community in Lubbock, TX.

For this position, the Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs, apply specialized skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, assist the Maintenance Supervisor, provide exceptional customer service, and pick up grounds as needed.

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and other general maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to document operations of maintenance equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Pick up grounds as instructed.
• Assist the maintenance supervisor.

• Ideal candidate has HVAC certification with 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• Must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Occasional overtime required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Background screening and drug test required.
