Licensed Service Plumber

We are currently seeking a licensed plumber (Journeymn/Tradesmn) in our Service plumbing department. Do you have the skills it takes to provide great customer service? We are looking for that Licensed Service Plumber with the experience and who is ready to take on the challenges of that role in our company.

Valid Texas driver’s license and insurable driving record

Pass criminal background check.

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Spot potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks.
• Practice good customer relation skills and solicit customer feedback/reviews.
• Promote the benefits of and offer maintenance contracts to customers.
• Fill out forms and paperwork in a neat, timely, complete and accurate manner.
• Adhere to safety procedures.
• Train apprentices in plumbing skills and company procedures.
• Follow check‑in/out procedures where required.
• Properly maintain and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
