NPL Construction (S4) is seeking Gas Utility Laborers in Lubbock, Texas. This role offers paid, on-the-job training and the chance to build a career in the natural gas utility industry. Candidates will work outdoors, support utility infrastructure projects, and have opportunities for advancement. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, safety-focused, and ready to work in a team environment.

• Wage: $24–$28 per hour

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong desire to learn a new trade
• Ability to pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
• Valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
• Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check
• Pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test; ability to hold/obtain DOT medical card
• Ability to join and maintain union membership
• Fluency in English (all safety instructions are in English)
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, climbing, kneeling, crouching, crawling)
