Will Scot is seeking a Lead Service Tech to oversee safety, the Get Ready process flow, and refurbishment activities for Will Scot products. You will ensure compliance with policies and laws, promote a safe work culture, and drive high-quality, cost-effective branch operations.
You will supervise yard tasks, perform repairs across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other trades, manage tool/inventory levels, and coordinate with production leadership to resolve issues quickly.
