HVAC Service Helper

BTAC is seeking a motivated HVAC Service Helper to join our team. In this role, you will support our Service Technicians in delivering high-quality maintenance, repair, and installation services to our customers. • Assist Service Technicians with diagnostic, maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks at customer sites.
• Load, unload, organize, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job locations.
• Prepare and maintain work areas to ensure technician efficiency and safety.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks under direct supervision.
• Maintain inventory of commonly used service materials on assigned vehicles.
• Clean and restore customer work areas after service is completed.
• Accurately record labor, materials, equipment usage, and job notes using Serv Man Mobile.
• Promptly communicate any jobsite issues, safety concerns, or equipment damage to supervisors.
• Represent BTAC professionally and maintain positive interactions with customers.
• Participate in required safety meetings, technical training, and company meetings.
• Follow all company standard operating procedures, quality standards, and manufacturer installation requirements.
• Assist with warehouse duties and vehicle organization as needed.
