Snelling Staffing Services is hiring Heavy Equipment Mechanics to support a respected industrial services company in Lubbock, Texas. These mechanics will diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment in a hands‑on shop environment. The role offers direct hire stability and cross‑training with an outgoing lead mechanic. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of diesel or heavy‑equipment experience and strong troubleshooting skills.

- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Basic welding or fabrication skills
- ASE Certification or Diesel Technology coursework
- DOT inspection experience
- Forklift certification
- OSHA safety training
