Performs general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs;
Completes assigned work orders daily according to work order system policy;
Performs painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor;
Maintains and troubleshoots heating and cooling systems;
Installs locks, creates keys, re-key cylinders, and tracks outstanding keys for entire campus
