Carleton Living in Lubbock, TX seeks an Assistant Service Manager to oversee maintenance for Stonebridge at Kelsey Park (152 units). You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and general upkeep while assisting with all aspects of apartment maintenance.
Requirements include EPA Type II HVAC certification, at least 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license with your own vehicle for local job-related travel.
