The role requires supervising the maintenance team, coordinating work orders, and ensuring safety and quality across plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry tasks.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of apartment maintenance experience, EPA Type II or HVAC certification, and a valid driver’s license.
