Inspects, repairs, installs, and maintains electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. Ensures all work performed meets required safety codes and is properly inspected. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

  • Skill in locating and correcting defects in electrical systems and equipment.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED. Licensed Journeyman Electrician with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (or other state), OR a combination of job-related experience and training to equal four (4) years.

In accordance with Texas Executive Order GA-48 and applicable state or federal law, this position may involve access to, work on, or conduct research involving critical infrastructure. It will require background checks, including, but not limited to, criminal history and other security-related screenings. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of these checks.
