Senior Software Engineer (Backend) – $180k – $260k

Wynd Labs is an early-stage startup building Grass to provide universal access to public web data. This project invites initiative-driven engineers who thrive on curiosity and autonomous ownership within a lean, highly motivated team.

• Develop new features and software improvements
• Test, deploy and debug backend API services
• Write clear, tested, documented code
• Create and review technical design, code, and documentation
• Contribute to Wynd’s infrastructure, including mobile, desktop, and server-side applications

• BS or MS degree in a STEM major or equivalent job experience
• 4+ years of software development experience and ability to write high-quality, maintainable code
• Knowledge of building large-scale systems
• Experience identifying and solving issues in live software systems; familiarity with CI/CD processes
• Professional or native English language proficiency

Salary range: $180,000 – $260,000. Equity package. Well-capitalized with backing from leading venture funds. Opportunity to learn and grow as the company scales.
