i9 Sports® is looking for an energetic, positive, and reliable Baseball Assistant to help us create unforgettable youth sports experiences right here in Lubbock, TX!

• Assist the Head Coach in leading fun, organized baseball practices and game-day activities
• Teach fundamental skills in a positive, encouraging way
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and high-energy environment
• Set up and break down fields and equipment
• Be a role model on and off the field

• Positive attitude and high energy
• Passion for baseball and working with kids
• Ability to lead by example and encourage sportsmanship
• Reliable and punctual
• Weekend availability (league play days)
• Prior coaching or playing experience is a plus (but not required!)

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
