Elections Box Truck Driver

Overview

The Box Truck Driver is a new position within the Voting Equipment Unit that is responsible for loading, unloading, and driving 24-26 ft. box trucks with lift gates to polling sites for delivery and pickup of election equipment to Early Voting and Election Day polling sites. Valid driver's license is required. Flexible hours may be available.

• Load, unload, and drive 24-26 ft. box trucks with lift gates to polling sites for delivery and pickup of election equipment to Early Voting and Election Day polling sites.

• Valid driver s license is required.
• Experience with loading/unloading using lift gate systems.

• Position lasts 3-4 weeks during election periods, averaging up to 40 hours per week with possible overtime.
• Pay is $25.00 per hour.
• Flexible hours may be available.
• Criminal background check and driving record check required.
