Overview
Fulfillment Driver non‑DOT.
Schedule:
4pm CST–8:30pm CST / 4pm–12am CST, Monday–Saturday. Sundays off. Pay: $19.35/hr with weekly pay.
- Ensures that all inventory is safely and securely loaded and properly labeled for distribution with appropriate care. Transports and unloads inventory from the warehouse to retail locations. Loads return inventory at the stores for transportation and unloads upon arrival to warehouse.
- Ensures inventory accuracy for all deliveries and returns. Identifies, documents, and reports any missing, lost, or damaged materials.
- May perform inbound (receiving parts and stocking parts) and outbound (inventory picking, packing of inventory to be shipped) as needed to support the operation when not completing driving activities.
- Perform routine pre‑trip vehicle safety inspection in accordance with company policy and notify manager of any necessary vehicle maintenance needs.
- Other duties assigned by management.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- High School Diploma Preferred
- Valid state‑issued driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.
- 1–3 years relevant experience required.
- Previous delivery driver experience preferred.
- Drivers license, required.
- Ability to work at a physical distribution location.
- Ability to operate a company vehicle safely and courteously, adhering to all company policies and procedures relating to safety. This includes obeying all traffic laws and regulations and maintaining a valid driver’s license with a driving record that falls within the company requirements.
- Ability to pass MVR and operate a company vehicle.
- Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions in warehouse and dock areas (seasonal heat and cold in unair‑conditioned environment).
- Ability to satisfy all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements as outlined in the Field Supplemental Handbook (e.g., wear safety glasses while working in the distribution center).
- Must be able to operate or have the ability to learn to operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including picker and sit‑down forklift for the entire duration of the shift.
- Associate must weigh under 300 lbs in order to abide by safety standards when using the MHE equipment.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Ability to complete all assigned training and certifications within the allotted timeframe.
