Full‑time warehouse delivery driver responsible for safe and efficient vehicle operation, loading and unloading of product, and ensuring superior customer service.

• Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with TBC policies.
• Pick, stage and load trucks as requested.
• Understand and adhere to DOT regulations and hours of service requirements.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
• Follow pre‑determined route sequencing when delivering tires and equipment to customers.
• Securely handle cash or check payments (COD) per company policy.
• Keep the vehicle and work area clean, safe and secure.
• Provide excellent customer service in line with our People‑Focused values.
• Wear the uniform supplied by NTW and maintain a professional appearance.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently as needed.
• Perform any other duties requested or needed.

• At least 1 year of experience in delivery or box truck operations.
• No at‑fault accidents in the last year.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicle classes used.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and occasionally lift more.
• Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports per company policy and DOT regulations.
• Knowledge of and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
