Driver CDL

Position Overview

We are the makers of iconic snack brands and are looking for a Driver CD L in Lubbock, TX to help us drive the future of snacking.

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (4 days a week). Shift starting between 12am- 1am and finishing when work is completed, approximately 10 hours per shift. 40 hours per week.
• Principal location: 512 E 50th St, Lubbock, TX 79404.
• Interstate routes:
  Lubbock to San Angelo.

• Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct regular safety checks of equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.).
• Complete daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Perform all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.

• Must have a CDL-Class A license and at least one year of proven safe driving experience.
• Have a valid REAL r's license, U.S. passport, or federal .
• Preferred direct store delivery experience (DSD).
• You must successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and background check.
• FMCSA's Clearinghouse Registration required.

• Customer-oriented attitude, providing excellent support to key customers.
• Minimum of one year of safe driving experience with no serious driving convictions.
• Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations, as well as local, state, and federal requirements.
• Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation.
• Proficiency in using a smartphone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions and driving times. Able to use a scanner and log deliveries.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and working schedules.
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.

Hourly payrate: $31.25 per hour. Branch Incentive Plan (BIP) Bonus.
