Class B CDL Driver

Overview

A Day in the Life:
As a Class B CDL Driver, you'll play a key role in the timely delivery and transportation of ice to designated locations, ensuring product integrity and compliance with delivery protocols. You'll handle loading and unloading materials, verify inventory accuracy, secure cargo safely, and operate vehicles in accordance with Department of Transportation guidelines. While working as part of a two-person delivery team, you'll be expected to complete daily routes, maintain documentation, monitor vehicle condition, and communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.

• Driving and delivery execution in accordance with DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Loading/unloading products and confirming delivery accuracy; maintain documentation and records.
• Operate vehicles within scheduled routes as part of a two-person delivery team; monitor vehicle condition and report safety concerns promptly.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers; maintain accurate logs and delivery records.

• Valid Class B CDL license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks for full shift duration
• Familiarity with local routes and safe vehicle operation standards
• Experience with cargo handling and basic inventory verification
• Proficiency in using commercial vehicles and mobile tracking or scanning tools
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for customer and team interaction
• Dependable attendance and ability to follow safety and performance protocols
