** About the Job**

General job duties for all store team members include:

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training will be provided on the job.

** Communication Skills**

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

** Essential Functions / Skills**

• Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide (calculator may be used).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Maintain motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate, precise movements with speed.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

** Work Conditions**

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions while removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36° in cooler to 90°+ in some work areas.
• Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500° or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

** Physical Requirements**

• Standing:
  Most tasks performed from a standing position.
• Walking:
  Short distances and short durations.
• Lifting:
  Deliveries may include cases weighing up to 50 pounds; cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 high.
• Carrying:
  Large cans (≈3 pounds) and occasional pizza sauce (≈30 pounds).
• Pushing:
  Move trays placed on dollies; a stack of trays requires up to 7.5 pounds of force to push.
• Pulling:
  Trays may also be pulled.
• Climbing:
  Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladder for maintenance.
• Stoop/Bend:
  Forward bending at the pizza assembly station and front counter; duration approximately 30‑45 seconds repeated continuously.
• Crouch/Quad:
  Occasionally stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching:
  Continuously up, down, and forward; up to 72 in. overhead or down to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal.
• Hand tasks:
  Continuous eye‑hand coordination for pizza peel, rolling cutter, and cardboard pizza box assembly; frequent pinching required.

** Driving Specific Job Duties**

• Deliver product by car to customer doors; deliver flyers and door hangers.

** Requirements**

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.

** Essential Skills**

• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

** Physical Demands**

• Carrying:
  Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
• Driving:
  Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area; may make several deliveries per shift.
• Walking:
  Travel between store and delivery vehicle and from vehicle to customer location.
• Climbing:
  Navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required during delivery.

• Sensing:
  Far vision and night vision for driving.
