Flatbed CDL-A Regional Driver - $5K Hiring Bonus

Location:

Lubbock, TX (Terminal: Kansas City, MO; Division 290)

Full Time, Regional Route.

• Transport essential goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
• Operate flatbed trucks on regional routes, maintaining documented logs and abiding by safety and regulatory standards.
• Communicate with dispatch and company personnel regarding schedules, load details, and any incidents.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Possess the physical capability to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform during orientation.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• At least 4 months of flatbed driving experience; 1 year preferred.
• Safe driving record with no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Background check, drug test, and clearinghouse result required.
• Current active employment to qualify for the hiring bonus.
• No owner/operators or trainees (less than 4 months experience) are eligible for the special hiring bonus.

Weekly pay ranges from $903.55 to $2,021.54, with annual pay between $46,984.82 and $, depending on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service.

Hiring Bonus: $5,000 paid in four $1,250 installments over twelve months of active employment.

Additional compensation may include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay.
