Warehouse Delivery Driver – Overview

Responsible for safe and efficient transportation of glass products to store locations and distribution teams. Works primarily evening shift, ensuring correct parts are delivered and maintaining customer service standards.

Shift: Evening. Pay starting at $19.35 per hour with weekly payday every Friday. Total job benefits valued at more than $10k, including 401(k) with company match, medical coverage, paid time off, company holidays, paid volunteer days, and up to $5,250 in tuition reimbursement per year. • Operate a 16 to 20‑foot straight truck to deliver glass inventory to store locations while meeting delivery timelines
• Complete routine pre‑trip safety inspections and report any necessary concerns or maintenance needs
• Secure inventory through proper loading and unloading, verifying label accuracy, and retrieving returns
• Maintain inventory accuracy for outbound shipments and returns by identifying and reporting discrepancies or damaged items
• Perform inbound or outbound activities when not driving, including training on and operating material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, order pickers, or reach trucks
• Adhere to all safety, driver, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
• Fulfill other duties as assigned

• Minimum 18 years old
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license and any other required license(s) to operate a company vehicle
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• Physical strength to perform repetitive moving or raising of objects weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Weight limit of 300 pounds for operating order picker or other MHE
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts
• Capacity to work efficiently and self‑directed with minimal guidance
• Punctuality and consistent attendance to support teammates
• Positive attitude focused on exceptional service
