Direct and monitor daily driver assignments; schedule drivers, bus assistants, and assign vehicles to ensure daily coverage of all routes, field trips, and charter work;
Ensure on-time completion of daily activities of drivers and bus assistants;
Communicate driving assignments details to drivers to ensure proper execution;
Assist drivers with routing directions and direct them to perform special services when required;
Coordinate vehicle service and mechanical repairs with Maintenance Supervisor to assure uninterrupted service delivery
