Solo OTR Driver Overview

• Flexible home time options. Regional-style resets available after ~70 hours with a 34-hour reset at home, or stay OTR a minimum of 2 weeks out with 2 days home.
• Run the Western 13. Drive consistent lanes across WA, OR, , CA, AZ, UT, WY, NV, MT, CO, NM, OK, TX, plus the I-5 Corridor.

OTR Team Driver Overview

• High team CPM with bonus potential. Earn up to 0.84 CPM split including monthly bonuses ($0.02 fuel + $0.02 safety), plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*
• Big retention bonus. Teams are eligible for a 10,000 retention bonus.*

Weekly Pay & Rates

• Flat rate earnings: 1100 to 1200 per week base range
• Mileage guarantee: 0.50 CPM locked in for your first 6 months of driving
• Target volume: 2100 to 2400 miles on average each week
• Orientation pay: 800.00 flat rate during your initial training period
• Extra stops: 15.00 for every stop, excluding your first and last drop
• Bonus program:
  Regular safety and driver performance incentive evaluations
• Short haul work:
  Unload and short run…
