System Transport – Lubbock, TX

Flatbed CDL-A Driver, Regional Route

Salary: $1,094.88 - $1,893.03 per week (approx. $56,933.64 - $98,437.73 per year). Includes mileage pay and accessorials such as tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay. Flatbed regional rate: $0.50 - $0.78 per mile.

Transition Package: $1,800, including $1,000 for orientation during first two weeks.

Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset. Required to work one weekend per month.

Hiring

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• Safe driving record required
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• 4+ months of driving experience required; 1 year preferred but not necessary
• Background check required
• Clean drug test required
• Clean Clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (required)
