Two Docs Brewing Co.is looking for a dependable, self-motivated Beer Delivery Driver to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, building relationships with customers, and takes pride in representing a local craft brewery.

As a Delivery Driver, you’ll transport and deliver beer to retail accounts while helping maintain draft beer systems to ensure our customers enjoy the highest quality product possible. Experience with draft systems is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.

• Deliver beer safely and efficiently to accounts throughout Lubbock, Amarillo, Midland, and surrounding areas.
• Load and unload kegs, cases, and other brewery products.
• Clean and maintain draft beer lines at customer locations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with retail partners.
• Ensure deliveries are accurate and completed on schedule.
• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally.
• Assist with warehouse organization and other brewery tasks as needed.

• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move full kegs (up to approximately 165 lbs. using proper equipment and techniques).
• Ability to lift and carry cases of beer (up to 50 lbs.).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery routes efficiently.
• Knowledge of draft beer systems is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person.
