Directs and monitors daily driver assignments and schedules drivers and vehicles to ensure daily coverage of routes, field trips, and charter work;
Communicates routing details to drivers to ensure proper execution and on-time performance;
Assist drivers with routing directions and direct them to perform special services when required;
Responds to emergency calls and coordinates mechanical service repairs to maintain service delivery;
Maintains route documentation and records to provide accurate information to customers and comply with district state requirements
