Position SummaryThe General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. The associate counts and inspects product, and notifies leadership when there are damages or discrepancies. They operate all equipment safely and efficiently, and perform all duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Picking Responsibilities- Use a pallet jack to accurately pick orders and stage in the appropriate areas.
- Stack, package, band, shrink wrap and label products according to client requirements.
- Process all picking functions per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Use documentation to verify all products and orders are received, handled and shipped correctly.
- Report any damages or discrepancies and ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform staging, packaging, shrinking, and labeling as required.
- Execute all safety protocols and perform tasks in a manner that promotes safety.
- Maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area and assist in warehouse security.
- Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site‑specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently following prescribed work methods.
- Maintain equipment and report problems promptly.
- Assist with building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned.
- Work overtime as dictated by business, whether mandatory or voluntary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months (mild to moderate).
- None.

- English (reading, writing, verbal).
- Basic to intermediate level to verify quantities of product, count inventory, or perform other duties associated with handling, storing, and distributing client products.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and accomplish job tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
- Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast‑paced work environment.
- 6 months experience working in a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment.
- Current or prior MHE certification.
- Occasionally:
Handling/Fingering, Sitting. - Frequently:
Bending. - Constantly:
Walking and Standing. - Ability to Lift/Carry and Push/Pull 21-50 pounds;
Reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee rarely is exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

CompensationThe expected base pay range is $21.50 - $21.50. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
