We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Clerk to join the Lubbock Heart team.

• Assist with receiving all incoming supplies for the hospital
• Sign the bill of lading for all supplies received
• Assist with checking in all equipment
• Enter all receiving in the HMS system
• Assist with shipping out all repairs
• Inventory par areas and deliver supplies to floors
• Ensure timely response to departmental periodic supply requests
• Comply with policy and procedure for storeroom requirements including fire code, cleaning, and safety

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years’ experience in Material Management in a hospital
• Physical ability for long-term standing, occasional sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist
• Read, write, and communicate in English; strong math, reading, filing, decision-making, and communication skills

Full Time, Monday–Friday
