Required:

* Minimum 3–4 years

* Qualification:

* LLB is
* mandatory
*
* Key Responsibilities:

* * Ensure all
* MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs)
* filings and statutory compliances.

* Draft and maintain
* board meeting minutes, company records, and registers*.

* Manage
* legal documentation, contracts, and vendor/distributor agreements*.

* Handle compliance related to
* Drugs & Cosmetics Act*,
* CDSCO licensing*, and
* medical device regulations* (where applicable).

* Ensure
* labour law and GST compliance
* in coordination with relevant departments.

* Advise management on
* corporate governance, legal risks, and documentation best practices*.

* Desired Candidate Profile:
* * Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Company Secretary (preferably in manufacturing, pharma, or healthcare sector).

* Strong knowledge of company law, legal documentation, and medical sector regulations.

* Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.

* Proactive and detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently.
