Minakshi Makeup & Academy is a growing beauty and makeup brand in Lucknow led by award-winning makeup artist  Minakshi Jaiswal .
The studio has served  2000+ clients  and is recognized with the  Users’ Choice Award on Wed Me Good  .
We are expanding our salon and academy operations and looking for a  Business Operations Manager  who can manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the business.

Role Overview The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily salon operations, client appointments, lead follow-ups, staff coordination, and business reporting.
This role requires someone who is  organized, responsible, and capable of handling operational responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities  Lead & Inquiry Management

• Track leads from Whats App, Instagram, and calls

• Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients

• Maintain lead tracking sheet / CRM
Appointment Management

• Manage daily appointment calendar

• Coordinate bridal bookings

• Send confirmations and reminders to clients
Staff Coordination

• Monitor staff attendance and work allocation

• Ensure smooth service operations in the salon
Sales & Booking Monitoring

• Track daily bookings and revenue

• Ensure inquiries are converted into appointments
Daily Reporting

• Prepare daily reports on leads, bookings, and revenue

• Share updates with the founder
Process Implementation

• Ensure SOPs and systems are followed by the team

• Maintain booking records and invoices
Required Skills
• Strong communication skills

• Good organizational ability

• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets / Excel)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in:

• Salon Management

• Clinic Management

• Coaching Institute Management

• Retail or Hospitality Operations
will be preferred.
Compensation  Base Salary:  ₹15,000 – ₹25,000

Incentives:

Performance-based (₹5,000 – ₹30,000 possible)
Work Schedule 6 days a week
10 AM – 7 PM
