The Mortgages department is a part of the Retail Lending business of the bank and offers Home Loans and Loan against Property to all categories of customers Pan India.
About the Role:
This is a leadership role responsible for achieving business goals, optimizing profitability, overseeing compliance, and driving transformation within HL and LAP business. It involves strategic planning and execution to maximize revenue, enhance portfolio growth, and ensure risk compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Goals and Profitability
.Drive mortgage sales through the Branch Banking network & DSA channels across the assigned zone.
.Monitor branch-wise performance, productivity, and ensure alignment with zonal targets.
Sales and Channel Development
.Train and align branch staff on mortgage product features, processes, and lead generation.
.Train and align with DSA channel partners on mortgage product features, processes, and lead generation.
.Work closely with Branch Banking leadership to maximize cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
.Ensure smooth lead flow, conversion, and fulfillment through branch referrals.
Compliance and Risk Management
.Ensure compliance with internal policies, RAR observations, and regulatory norms.
Customer Experience
.Resolve customer escalations and support frontline in delivering superior customer experience.
Digital Adoption and Innovation
.Drive digital adoption among branch teams using tools like Siddhi, MLP, Omega, and SFDC.
Qualifications:
.Graduation/post-graduation from a recognized institute
.10+ sales experience (secured products preferred) with at least 3-4 years in HL and LAP

.Proficiency in managing complex client relationships, diverse stakeholders
.Capability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
.Skill in managing large, geographically spread team coaching and mentoring team members
.Competence in managing within a dynamic, priority-setting environment

.Adept at communication and interpersonal skills
