Job Title:
Accounting Clerk
- Full time, PERMANENT
Location:
Ludlow, MA (Onsite only, no exceptions)
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annually

A well-established manufacturing company located in Ludlow, MA is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent onsite position reporting directly to the onsite Controller!
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
+ Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
+ Process invoices, payments, and collections
+ Work within an ERP system to ensure accurate transaction recording
+ Assist with month-end closing activities
+ Maintain organized documentation and support audit requests
Qualifications:
+ Minimum 2+ years of experience handling AP and AR
+ Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or similar industry
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
+ Experience working in an ERP system is preferred
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
