Perform customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments with high accuracy;
Balance cash drawers, ATMs, and Teller Cash Recyclers as necessary;
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns using standard procedures;
Educate customers on self-service/digital options and reference appropriate solutions;
Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act to minimize risk
