• Upsell products and services effectively while ensuring clients' needs are met with personalized recommendations.
• Assist with management tasks such as inventory control and maintaining client records using salon management systems.
• Provide excellent guest services by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client inquiries professionally.

• Strong knowledge of esthetician practices including skincare, waxing, and a variety of other services.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively and providing exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Demonstrated sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining professionalism.
• Experience in retail sales within a beauty or spa setting is beneficial.
