Physical Therapist (PT)

Salary

$75,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality, empathetic direct patient care within an orthopedic outpatient setting.

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for post‑operative and non‑operative patients.

Adjust and update care plans based on patient progress and functional outcomes.

Manage treatment flow efficiently, often working with two patients concurrently while maintaining clinical excellence.

Complete supportive non‑direct care tasks to enhance the rehabilitation process.

Collaborate with surgeons and clinical teams to ensure seamless, coordinated care.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy License.

Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and time‑management skills.

Prior orthopedic outpatient experience preferred but not required.

Ability to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
