We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing clinical team serving clients in Northampton and surrounding towns. This role offers a flexible schedule, strong administrative support, and opportunities to grow into a full-time caseload.
Compensation:
$85+ per billable hour
Signing bonus available
Schedule:
Monday Friday
Flexible hours
Hybrid/partial remote
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians
Monitor data and adjust programming as needed
Provide parent training and clinical support
Qualifications:
Master s degree required
BCBA certification and state license required
1+ year ABA experience preferred
