What You’ll Do- Evaluate and treat orthopedic outpatient patients using evidence‑based interventions
- Develop and progress individualized plans of care
- Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons and clinical teams
- Deliver patient‑centered care with a focus on outcomes and function
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Massachusetts Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred (new grads considered)
