• Evaluate and treat orthopedic outpatient patients using evidence‑based interventions
• Develop and progress individualized plans of care
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons and clinical teams
• Deliver patient‑centered care with a focus on outcomes and function
  
  Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Massachusetts Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred (new grads considered)
