Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a dependable Line Operator to operate a plastic extrusion line, maintain quality, and uphold safety standards at our Ludlow, MA facility. You will follow SOPs, perform changeovers, and support maintenance and continuous improvement while meeting production targets.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and prior manufacturing or extrusion experience, with the ability to work 40+ hours, weekends as needed, and operate heavy equipment safely.
