B & R Machine, Inc. in Ludlow, Massachusetts is seeking entry-level machinists to learn CNC milling and turning on our shop floor. You will be trained to operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications.
Starting pay is $51,000 per year, with a 2nd shift from 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM and 48–53 hours per week. We provide on-the-job training and a path toward skilled machining roles in aerospace, defense, medical, and commercial manufacturing.
