We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Dual-Certified PMHNP/FNP or experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our multidisciplinary treatment team serving individuals recovering from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
This position supports patients across a full continuum of care, including Medical Detoxification, Residential Treatment, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) in Ludlow, MA.
We offer flexible scheduling with opportunities for both in-person and telehealth services, and welcome candidates interested in either part-time or full-time employment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric and/or medical evaluations and follow-up assessments
- Diagnose and treat substance use disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions
- Manage medications, including MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) when appropriate
- Complete admissions, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge documentation
- Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, case managers, and clinical leadership
- Participate in treatment team meetings and provide clinical guidance
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
Qualifications
PMHNP/FNP Candidates
- Active Massachusetts NP license
- Dual certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- DEA registration
- Experience in addiction medicine, behavioral health, or psychiatric care preferred
- Active Massachusetts PA license
- DEA registration
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Experience in addiction medicine, psychiatry, emergency medicine, primary care, or behavioral health strongly preferred

- Comfortable working with patients in detoxification and behavioral health settings
- Strong clinical judgment and collaborative approach to care
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience with MAT and co-occurring disorders is a plus
